FAQs

Many clients benefit from a blend of support, and that’s completely okay. During your initial consultation, we’ll explore your goals, stress levels, lifestyle, and current challenges together — and from there, I’ll help determine the best fit for where you are right now.
If you're not sure where to start, that's exactly what the Complimentary Clarity Call is for. It's a no-pressure conversation where we get to know each other, talk through what you're navigating, and figure out together whether working with me is the right fit.
There's no obligation — just clarity.
-
We’ll start with a conversation about your goals, how you're feeling, and what you're working through. From there, I’ll help identify a gentle starting point and build a collaborative plan together — no pressure, just presence.
If it’s a fitness session, expect movement-based work focused on strength, mobility, or endurance. For nervous system regulation or wellness coaching sessions, we’ll slow things down using breathwork, somatic tools, or guided reflection to help you reset and reconnect.
-
Not at all. My sessions are designed to meet you where you are. Whether you're brand new, returning after a long break, working through stress, or moving around physical limitations — we'll build from your foundation, at your pace, without judgment.
-
Yes — both options are available. Some services also adapt well to either format. We’ll find what works best for your lifestyle, location, and comfort level. Sessions can take place virtually, in-home, outdoors, or in select gym settings. If you already belong to a community gym or LVAC, sessions can also take place there when appropriate.
-
Sessions are designed to be accessible, so you can build a strong, healthy body without needing a fully equipped gym.
For in-home fitness sessions, I bring dumbbells and resistance bands — that's typically all we need to do meaningful work. My approach is old-school at its heart: form, proper loading, and working the right muscles, done well.
I firmly believe you can build real strength and resilience with just dumbbells and resistance bands. The goal is a sustainable approach that fits your real life and environment — especially when you're starting out, simple tools used with consistency and good movement quality go the distance.
I do recommend having a yoga mat and a comfortable movement space available for both fitness and nervous system regulation sessions. If you already own equipment you enjoy using, I'm happy to incorporate it when appropriate.

These sessions are slower and more intentional than a traditional fitness session. Rather than pushing through or powering up, we work with your body — meeting it where it is.
Sessions may include breathwork, somatic movement, yoga, sound baths, and body awareness practices that help your system downshift from stress or overwhelm. You'll leave feeling more grounded, clear, and present.
What makes this approach different is that instead of trying to think your way out of stress, these techniques work from the body up — using physical sensation and movement to send direct safety signals to the brain. When the body feels safe, the nervous system follows.
-
Many fitness and wellness programs are built around output — more reps, more intensity, faster results. My approach starts somewhere different: with you, your body, and what it actually needs right now.
I integrate strength training, nervous system regulation, somatic movement, and yoga — not as separate offerings, but as part of one connected approach. Sessions are personalized, intentional, and built around sustainable progress, not performance for its own sake.
What truly sets this work apart is that I’ve lived it. I recovered from a disc herniation at L4/L5 — without surgery — through the same methods I bring to every client. That experience reshaped how I understand healing, and it informs everything I do.
My goal is never to keep you dependent on coaching. It’s to give you the tools, body awareness, and confidence to carry your health forward on your own terms.
Your goals. Your pace. Your wellbeing.
